Subject: Delay with incoming e-mails from Traveler to Android
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Traveler
Technical Area: Functionality
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.2
Reproducible: Always

I have configured several Android phones with Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.2.1 All outgoing e-mails from the phones are delivered instantly. However, incoming e-mails take as long as 30+ minutes to arrives.

The connection Replication record is setup for every 30 minutes and it seems to coincide with the delay of the incoming e-mails.

Is there anything else I can do instead of reducing the replication time to have the incoming emails arrive to the Android phones much quicker. We moved from a Blackberry setup where the incoming e-mails were usually on the phone before even arriving on the Notes client. Of course BB has top rate push technology.

BTW I have checked the Android phones and have confirmed that they sync settings are set for "Always"

If anyone can give me their suggestions I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.
